🎯 The Role

The Fan Monetization team is dedicated to building features that deepen the bond between fans and artists, giving listeners ways to directly support creators. As a Senior Web Engineer, you will own the web surfaces across both desktop and mobile web, partnering with distributed teams in New York, London, and Berlin to ship fast, reliable UI features at scale.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain core fan monetization and engagement features across desktop and mobile web
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to streamline coding, code reviews, and automated testing
• Partner closely with distributed product managers, designers, and backend teams in New York and Europe
• Lead technical architecture discussions to maintain high frontend performance and code health
• Diagnose cross-browser performance bottlenecks and uphold web accessibility standards

✅ What You'll Need

• 4–6+ years of professional web engineering experience with large-scale applications
• Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern bundlers/frameworks (Next.js, Vite)
• Strong command of responsive design, web performance metrics, and a11y practices
• Enthusiasm for utilizing modern AI development assistants to enhance engineering workflows
• Strong product sense with an emphasis on delightful, user-centric interfaces
• Excellent communication skills within distributed, cross-functional agile teams
