🎯 The Role

This is a hands-on Senior UI Engineer position at Huge India, focusing on a significant enterprise platform transformation. The role involves migrating a complex global financial services web presence to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Edge Delivery Services (EDS). You will be a technical partner, deeply understanding performance, accessibility, and browser mechanics, to deliver high-craft, edge-optimized UI solutions.

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop high-performance UI components and page templates using modern, browser-native HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Build within AEM Edge Delivery Services, creating fully authorable, configurable, and performant block-based components.
• Ensure all deliverables meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, including semantic markup and ARIA patterns.
• Optimize web performance as a primary concern, minimizing layout shifts and rendering bottlenecks for Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/Visual designers and backend engineers, and conduct peer code reviews.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5-8 years of overall experience with deep mastery of vanilla JavaScript, modern CSS systems, and semantic HTML.
• Direct experience with enterprise CMS ecosystems, specifically AEM and Edge Delivery Services.
• Proven expertise in optimizing real-world performance metrics and understanding browser rendering pipelines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, structured Agile environment with experience in data-driven page types.
• A strong habit of continuous cross-browser/cross-device testing and writing clean, verifiable code.
• Exceptional English communication skills to articulate technical constraints and collaborate effectively.
