🎯 The Role

TeamViewer is seeking a Senior / Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) with 9+ years of experience to join the R&D team in Noida. In this individual contributor leadership role, you will build and evolve the TeamViewer ONE endpoint management platform, designing high-scale React interfaces, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build high-performance frontend interfaces and services for the TeamViewer ONE platform running on Kubernetes.
• Develop reusable UI components and automate component generation based on defined schemas.
• Integrate telemetry events into the frontend to track product analytics and usage behavior.
• Maintain high standards for accessibility (a11y), cross-browser compatibility, and rendering performance.
• Author end-to-end and component tests using Cypress and established unit test libraries.
• Mentor fellow engineers, lead code reviews, and drive architectural decisions for distributed web systems.
• Advise product managers on technical feasibility, estimates, and customer issue resolution.

✅ What You'll Need

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong focus on frontend and distributed systems.
• Solid proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS3.
• In-depth experience with React, Redux, and build tools like Webpack.
• Proven track record with automated testing using Cypress and modern unit test runners.
• Strong architectural understanding of scalable distributed systems and API consumption (REST, OpenAPI).
• Commitment to clean code, object-oriented design patterns, web accessibility, and performance optimization.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with backend languages such as Java, C#, or C++.
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to streaming and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Understanding of end-user computing, log analysis, and anomaly detection concepts.
