🎯 The Role

As a Senior Staff Engineer for React Native Mobile Development, you will lead the technical architecture and delivery of cross-platform mobile products for global enterprise clients. You will drive end-to-end technical direction across iOS and Android apps, establish state management and API integration strategies, oversee build pipelines with EAS, and pioneer the integration of Agentic AI workflows across the team's software lifecycle.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performance React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Guide engineers in implementing design tokens, reusable UI component systems, and WCAG AA accessibility standards.
• Set up and streamline automated app build, code signing, and deployment workflows using Expo Application Services (EAS).
• Champion the adoption of Agentic AI tools to accelerate prototyping, code generation, testing, and technical documentation.
• Profile production apps to optimize memory footprint, startup time, and bridge/JSI execution efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and designers in an agile environment.

✅ What You'll Need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in frontend software and mobile UI engineering.
• Hands-on expertise building and shipping production React Native applications with the Expo framework.
• In-depth proficiency with state management libraries including Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX.
• Solid grasp of native mobile deployment lifecycles, code signing, and App Store / Google Play submission processes.
• Experience profiling mobile application performance and debugging complex client issues.
• Familiarity with automated mobile testing tools such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, Maestro, or Appium.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience working with GraphQL endpoints and complex offline caching layers.
• Working knowledge of the React Native New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules, JSI).
• Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) module development.
