🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer with React, you will lead the development of frontend capabilities for enterprise-grade applications including the Next Best Action platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to architect intuitive, high-performance, and resilient user interfaces for complex data workflows.

💼 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain production-ready frontend features using React and TypeScript.
• Translate intricate pricing, decisioning, experimentation, and configuration requirements into clean user workflows.
• Create data-dense interface elements including advanced tables, query builders, interactive filters, and drag-and-drop modules.
• Integrate versioned REST APIs with robust caching, error handling, validation, and loading state management.
• Establish comprehensive testing suites across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers using Jest and Playwright.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, communicating technical trade-offs while maintaining high usability and accessibility standards.

✅ What You'll Need

• 6+ years of professional IT experience with significant focus on React and TypeScript in production environments.
• Demonstrated success building complex, data-intensive enterprise applications.
• Strong command of modern frontend architecture, custom hooks, routing, and state management (Redux).
• Hands-on experience with automated frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress).
• Solid understanding of semantic HTML, responsive CSS, and web accessibility best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to explain architectural decisions clearly.

• Experience with enterprise applications built with Angular or Vue.
• Exposure to regulated, audited, or configuration-heavy enterprise product environments.
• Familiarity with client-side telemetry, observability tools, and safe release strategies with feature flags.
