🎯 The Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience and a passion for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications to ensure high performance and scalability. You will collaborate with a high-performing engineering team to design and deliver performant, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

• Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend: .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs
• Tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CI/CD
• Other: AI/ML features, event-driven architectures

💼 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and scale backend services in .NET Core and front-end applications with React, Redux, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Design and evolve highly scalable, reliable systems for high-traffic environments.
• Enhance experimentation ecosystem with robust data pipelines and analytics integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data from discovery through launch.
• Work with Cursor and GitHub Copilot to create AI agents using latest LLM models.
• Advance CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Build and maintain thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Lead and participate in code and design reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Work closely with Product and Design teams on AI/ML-powered features.

✅ What You'll Need

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience (React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, RESTful APIs).
• Deep expertise in designing complex, user-focused web applications.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume systems and large-scale data processing.
• Strong grasp of clean, efficient code and functional programming.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, data, and business.
• Comfort with architectural design patterns and SOA principles.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLMs for test generation and code interpretation.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Clear, effective communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude.
• BE or MS in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience.
