🎯 The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join an engineering team dedicated to building predictive and inclusive products. You will own the flagship platform end-to-end, making critical architectural choices and championing engineering best practices. This role is unique in its focus on AI-assisted development as a core workflow requirement.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead high-ambiguity projects from initial design through to global production release.
• Drive technical quality beyond your immediate tasks by reducing risk across the codebase.
• Architect sophisticated web applications with a focus on high-scale performance.
• Mentor and elevate the capabilities of junior engineers through structured guidance.
• Partner with Analysts and Data Scientists to refine product features based on interviewing data.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 7 years of experience delivering full-stack applications in production environments.
• Expert-level command of modern programming languages and web design patterns.
• Deep experience in microservices design and database optimization.
• A passion for technical interviewing, talent assessment, or the EdTech space.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, global team.
