🎯 The Role
Five9 is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in AI focusing on Frontend React/Redux and Java to join its Voice of Customer (VOC) team in Bengaluru on a hybrid schedule. You will build user-facing analytics platforms and interactive dashboards that translate conversational AI insights into actionable business intelligence.

💼 What You'll Do
- Develop customer-facing visual dashboards, drill-down analytics, and filtering mechanisms over high-volume conversation datasets.
- Translate UX wireframes into modular, high-performance UI components using React and Redux.
- Implement user controls for reviewing, correcting, and validating AI model outputs in human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional product and UX teams to refine interface specifications and technical architecture.
- Maintain end-to-end operational ownership of production services including observability, uptime, and incident resolution.
✅ What You'll Need
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on React and Redux.
- High proficiency in JavaScript as well as solid working knowledge of Java.
- Practical background building data-heavy interfaces, charts, dashboards, and complex query interfaces.

- Exposure to cloud-hosted databases (SQL and NoSQL) and PaaS components on platforms like GCP.
