🎯 The Role

bp is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack / TypeScript) to join the Dynamo team in Pune on a hybrid basis. Dynamo functions as a safety operating system for frontline workers across upstream and downstream facilities, helping teams plan jobs, evaluate hazards, secure digital work permits, and receive real-time safety alerts.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build accessible, resilient client applications using Next.js and React tailored for industrial frontline environments.
• Implement server-driven UI frameworks and offline data sync mechanisms for sites with limited network availability.
• Integrate high-performance backend services via gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and real-time event messaging.
• Spearhead technical architecture documentation, pull request reviews, and engineering standards.
• Guide team adoption of modern AI coding tools and automated developer workflows.

✅ What You'll Need

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience across web frontends, backend systems, and distributed platforms.
• Deep mastery of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and state management patterns.
• Proven experience building offline-first applications or integrating real-time streaming protocols like SignalR.
• Solid working knowledge of API integration via gRPC, REST, and distributed pub/sub messaging.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and datastores like MongoDB and Redis.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

• Experience building custom WebAssembly modules for browser-based performance optimization.
• Exposure to internationalization (i18n) and localization in enterprise multi-region applications.
