🎯 The Role
SpotOn is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Financial Services team in Bengaluru. This hybrid full-stack role involves contributing to the design and development of scalable, high-availability, real-time systems that form the backbone of their world-class restaurant and retail solutions. You will take ownership of delivering performant cloud-based software for both frontend and backend.

💼 What You'll Do
- Take ownership of delivering performant, scalable, and high-quality cloud-based software for both frontend and backend.
- Mentor team members to align development with product requirements.
- Collaborate with Senior Architects on design and technology choices for the product development roadmap.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
✅ What You'll Need
- 6-12 years of experience in software development.
- Thorough knowledge of developing cloud-based software, including backend APIs and React-based frontend.
- Expert-level coding skills in Python FastAPI/Django, NodeJs, TypeScript, and ReactJs.
- Strong understanding of scalable design patterns and message-based systems (Kafka, RabbitMq, Redis, MongoDB, ORM, SQL).
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, and Lambda.
- An eye for user-responsive designs on the frontend.
- B.Tech / B.E from top-tier institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, or equivalent).
