🎯 The Role

Phantom is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to lead the development of intuitive, highly responsive interfaces across its core applications. You will work closely with product designers, cryptographers, and backend engineers to craft client experiences that make complex financial workflows transparent and accessible.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain high-performance frontend features across Phantom web and extension surfaces.
• Turn complex blockchain state and real-time order books into fluid, readable user interfaces.
• Profile client rendering budgets, memory footprints, and network request pipelines.
• Write reliable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee bulletproof client stability.
• Participate in design reviews, peer code reviews, and product architecture discussions.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and state management.
• Deep respect for UX polish, typography, and responsive micro-interactions.
• Strong grasp of web security best practices, sandboxing, and secure API consumption.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous remote environment.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience building Chrome or Firefox browser extensions.
• Familiarity with Solana, Ethereum, or EVM transaction lifecycles.
