🎯 The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend at Harvey, you will define the user experience of products like Assistant, Vault, Workflows, and Harvey in Microsoft Word and Outlook. You'll lead frontend engineering on new products and work with a highly motivated team to polish every aspect of the user experience.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build new interfaces for lawyers and organizations to collaborate with AI.
• Lead end-to-end UI features for Assistant, Vault, Workflows, and future products.
• Build polished, high-performance React + TypeScript interfaces using TailwindCSS.
• Architect reusable components and evolve the internal design system.
• Optimize frontend performance at scale.
• Collaborate with design and backend to shape APIs and UX.
• Raise the bar on frontend reliability and security UX.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and documentation.

• 5+ years of experience in a product-focused frontend role.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS (TailwindCSS).
• Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products with PWA technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ship highly intuitive products.
