Hireginie Talent Cloud is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing digital platform in the spirituality and wellness sector. The client builds tailored mobile and web apps designed to empower personal growth, mindfulness, and user well-being across global markets.

🎯 The Role

As a Senior Web Frontend Engineer, you will take ownership of the client-side architecture for consumer-facing web products. You will build user-obsessed, highly scalable interfaces optimized for latency, Core Web Vitals, and conversion efficiency.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Core: React, Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
• State Management: Redux, React Context API
• Styling: Tailwind CSS, styled-components
• Testing & CI/CD: Jest, Vitest, Testing Library
• Analytics & Web Vitals: Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS)

💼 What You'll Do

• Design and implement conversion-focused UI components using React and Next.js.
• Partner with product managers and designers to enforce accessibility (WCAG) and intuitive user onboarding.
• Drive frontend performance improvements and optimize bundle size and caching strategies.
• Execute A/B testing experiments and track user interactions with behavior analytics tools.
• Maintain high code quality through strict TypeScript typing and automated unit/integration testing.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3+ years of dedicated web frontend engineering experience specializing in React and Next.js.
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and state management solutions.
• Deep understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and Web Performance optimization.
• Solid experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party SDKs.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Prior experience in B2C conversion rate optimization (CRO) and direct-to-consumer web applications.
• Strong background in Web Vitals auditing and web security best practices.
