🎯 The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Growth and Experiences India team, you will be responsible for advancing Confluent’s cloud platform. This role focuses on accelerating the development of the Cloud Connect and Hub products, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and efficient resource lifecycle management for global customers.

🛠️ Tech Stack

💼 What You'll Do

• Design and operationalize high-performance user experiences that deliver direct customer value.
• Guide the engineering team through architectural design decisions and technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for code quality, observability, and automated testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive end-to-end execution of complex technical projects.
• Mentor fellow engineers by providing constructive feedback and supporting their growth.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 4 years of experience building and scaling large-scale frontend infrastructures in production.
• Mastery of JavaScript fundamentals and modern React patterns.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, including QA and thorough documentation.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to technical leadership.

• Experience with large-scale cloud-based SaaS platforms.
