🎯 The Role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Growth and Experiences India team. You will contribute to advancing our industry-leading cloud platform, spanning the entire software supply chain including extensible service frameworks, resource lifecycle management, and seamless onboarding experiences. Your work will directly impact Confluent Cloud Connect and Hub product releases.

• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript (ES6+), React, HTML, CSS
• Testing: Unit and integration testing frameworks
• CI/CD: Semaphore CI, Jenkins
• Practices: Code reviews, quality assurance, observability, documentation

💼 What You'll Do

• Build mission-critical experiences delivering tangible customer value
• Architect, design, and develop high-performance, scalable, reliable user experiences
• Partner with engineering teams to drive complex technical projects end-to-end
• Lead technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing
• Guide the team and contribute to architectural design decisions
• Uphold engineering excellence through technical discussions and reviews
• Transform ambiguous problems into actionable plans

✅ What You'll Need

• 4+ years building and scaling front-end systems in production
• Strong foundation in software engineering best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Semaphore CI and Jenkins
• Strong project delivery skills and effective communication
• Customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach
• Track record of technical leadership and mentorship
• Deep understanding of JS fundamentals and React
• Experience with large-scale frontend infrastructures
