Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications that power the world's infrastructure. You'll work with modern technologies like React, TypeScript, and Redux to deliver robust solutions for our global user base.

• Core: React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+)

📋 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop scalable frontend components used in mission-critical software.
• Lead the transition to modern build tools and testing practices.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure pixel-perfect and accessible interfaces.
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring high code quality through rigorous reviews.
• Drive performance optimizations and maintain technical excellence across the codebase.

🎓 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in React and TypeScript is non-negotiable.
• Testing: Proven experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for a global team environment.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
