🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Auth Experiences team, you will own and deliver high-availability web and mobile interfaces for authentication, verification, and fraud journeys. You'll lead engineers through ambiguity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of quality.

💼 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
• Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with product management, design, and analytics.
• Proactively identify project, process, technology, or business issues, advocate for them, and lead in solving them.
• Support the operations and availability of your team’s artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating when needed, and supporting on-call efforts.
• Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting or improving code review and design standards, and advocating for them beyond your team.
• Help develop talent on your team by providing feedback and guidance, and leading by example.

✅ What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience defining technical plans for delivery of significant features or system components with elegant, simple, and extensible design.
• Proficiency at making significant changes in a large code base with tools and practices for safe delivery.
• Demonstrated ownership of growth, proactively seeking feedback from team, manager, and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team.
