Sprinklr is looking for a dynamic Senior Software Development Engineer (Frontend) to join their team in Gurgaon. In this collaborative role, you will provide critical architectural leadership, mentor engineering teams, and build highly scalable web applications utilizing modern frameworks and micro-frontend architectures.

💼 What You'll Do

• Provide architectural leadership by designing and actively building next-generation frontend applications and micro-frontends.
• Mentor, inspire, and conduct regular code reviews for a vibrant team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of ownership.
• Relentlessly monitor, profile, and systematically debug frontend performance bottlenecks utilizing tools like React Profiler and Webpack Bundle Analyzer.
• Collaborate seamlessly with product managers, UX designers, and backend counterparts to translate complex requirements into actionable technical scopes.
• Act as an outbound engineering evangelist by representing the team at tech conferences, meetups, and authoring thought leadership blog posts.

✅ What You'll Need

• A BE/BTech degree specifically in software engineering, computer science, or a highly related discipline.
• 4+ years of strictly professional software engineering experience with a heavy, focused emphasis on modern web technologies and React.
• Deep, expert-level architectural understanding of advanced JavaScript, TypeScript for strict type safety, and modern bundlers to optimize the build process.
• Strong proficiency in modern styling techniques, including component-driven CSS-in-JS libraries.
• Hands-on, practical experience configuring and fully maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
