🎯 The Role As a Senior Software Development Engineer (Frontend SDE-3), you will champion the ownership of sophisticated frontend ecosystems, spearhead critical architectural decisions, and provide mentorship to emerging engineers. You will operate in a hybrid setup from our Noida office, partnering closely with cross-functional product, design, and backend teams to deploy highly performant and intuitive web applications.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect, develop, and expand high-performance frontend applications leveraging React.js and Next.js.
• Assume complete ownership of frontend architecture, driving industry best practices in performance, security, and scalability.
• Construct scalable, reusable component libraries and robust frontend frameworks.
• Optimize web applications for blazing speed, accessibility, SEO, and seamless cross-browser compatibility.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver cohesive products.
• Mentor and inspire junior frontend developers through comprehensive code reviews and strategic design discussions.
• Play a pivotal role in technical planning, effort estimations, and defining product roadmaps.
• Guarantee top-tier software releases through rigorous engineering and testing methodologies.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in frontend engineering, specifically for consumer-scale digital products.
• Exceptional, hands-on mastery of React.js and Next.js.
• Profound comprehension of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary frontend build tools.
• Demonstrated success in constructing and scaling applications that support massive user bases and heavy traffic.
• A robust grasp of frontend performance optimization techniques and architectural best practices.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, utilizing state management libraries, and implementing frontend testing frameworks.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-centric agile environment.
