🎯 The Role

Enterprise Bot is looking for a Senior React.js Frontend Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, architect, and build user-facing web applications. You will be responsible for creating streaming UI components, conversational interfaces, and agent-based frontend workflows while maintaining high standards for performance, accessibility, and security.

• React.js + TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)
• State Management: Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API
• API Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, TanStack Query, SWR
• Real-Time & AI: WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), LLM APIs
• Styling & UI: Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design
• Testing & Tooling: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Git

💼 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-grade web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build modular and accessible UI component libraries following clean frontend architectural principles.
• Create real-time interfaces, chat experiences, and streaming components for AI agents and LLM-driven features.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL endpoints with resilient caching, optimistic updates, and error handling.
• Optimize web performance using code splitting, virtualization, lazy loading, and memoization techniques.
• Implement security best practices including authentication workflows (OAuth/JWT/SSO) and XSS/CSRF protections.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3–5 years of professional frontend development experience with React.js.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript fundamentals, closures, asynchronous patterns, and modern web APIs.
• Deep practical experience with React hooks, functional component architecture, and state management solutions.
• Familiarity with data fetching and caching libraries (React Query, TanStack Query, SWR, or Apollo).
• Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, SSE) and building interfaces for streaming or AI applications.
• Solid understanding of frontend unit/integration testing and web performance optimization.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience working with Next.js and micro-frontend architectures.
• Exposure to WebRTC or real-time media streaming.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
