💼 What You'll Do
- Build and evolve user-facing planning workflows and dependency visualization interfaces in React

- Partner with product managers and designers to translate organizational planning needs into clean tools
- Monitor system health, maintain automated test suites, and support on-call incident response
- Optimize frontend rendering efficiency and backend query latency
- Apply AI-assisted tooling responsibly to enhance daily developer workflows
- Mentor teammates and contribute to architectural standards across the platform group
✅ What You'll Need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade fullstack web applications
- Strong hands-on proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern component architecture
- Practical experience with backend development, distributed systems, and API design (GraphQL, Java, or Node.js)
- Solid grasp of automated testing, monitoring, and production operations
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and deliver maintainable software solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills within distributed teams
