🎯 The Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-First), you will build and scale the Premedice digital health platform end-to-end. Your scope bridges interactive React client applications, Supabase Edge Functions, PostgreSQL data architectures, and AI orchestration pipelines. This is an AI-first role where you will leverage modern agentic engineering tools to design, ship, and monitor clinical features rapidly.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build accessible, high-performance web interfaces in React and TypeScript for patient chat and diagnostic visualization.
• Develop and optimize backend services using Supabase Edge Functions and PostgreSQL database migrations.
• Construct clinical AI features including lab report OCR extraction, medical literature retrieval, and drug interaction checkers.
• Implement end-to-end encryption frameworks ensuring patient data is rigorously protected at rest and in transit.
• Streamline frontend bundle sizes and reduce API cold start latencies across global edge nodes.
• Write technical specifications, architecture decision records, and automated test suites.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience building production applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Strong expertise with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or comparable real-time cloud data layers.
• Active adoption of AI-native developer tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity) in everyday workflows.
• Hands-on background implementing AI features (RAG pipelines, agentic execution, structured LLM outputs).
• Dedication to writing clean, maintainable code with comprehensive automated test coverage.

• Prior experience in healthcare software, clinical data standards, or HIPAA-compliant environments.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and serverless cloud architectures.
