🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will tackle the engineering challenge of building sophisticated data-visualization dashboards, high-performance medical imaging viewers capable of rendering DICOM volumes/scans directly in the browser, and highly intuitive, accessible user workflows. Your work will transform complex multi-omics health data into clear, actionable insights for both doctors and patients.

🛠️ Tech Stack

Core technologies include React.js, TypeScript, modern ES6+ JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/TailwindCSS. You'll work with state management solutions like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query, and data visualization libraries such as D3.js or Chart.js. Build systems like Vite, Webpack, or Next.js are also part of the environment, alongside testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and optimize highly responsive web applications using React.js and TypeScript, designed to handle substantial data payloads efficiently.
• Develop advanced, intuitive, and rich data visualization dashboards utilizing libraries like D3.js or Chart.js to illustrate organ-specific risks, genetic changes, and biomarker trends over time.
• Design robust state management architectures, such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query, to ensure applications remain lag-free even when displaying dense clinical data tables.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product teams to effectively translate creative layouts into structurally efficient frontend solutions, leveraging reusable atomic component libraries.
• Champion and implement frontend best practices, including comprehensive unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), thorough code reviews, bundle size optimization, and adherence to responsive layout standards.

✅ What You'll Need

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically focused on consumer-grade or complex B2B frontend web systems.
• Demonstrated mastery of React.js, TypeScript, modern ES6+ JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/TailwindCSS.
• Proficiency in managing asynchronous server states, mutations, and local state caching using tools like React Query / TanStack Query or Redux.
• A clear and deep understanding of rendering workflows, code-splitting, lazy loading, profiling React render cycles, and strategies for maximizing Web Vitals.
• Experience with modern configuration frameworks and bundlers such as Vite, Webpack, or Next.js.
