🎯 The Role

Easyship is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to drive architecture and technical standards for its customer-facing platform. In this role, you will design robust web applications using React, TypeScript, and Vite, mentor engineers on best practices, and collaborate closely with product managers and backend teams during 9:00 to 18:00 GMT working hours.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect scalable single-page applications and reusable component libraries using React and TypeScript.
• Establish testing conventions and code review guidelines using Vitest and React Testing Library.
• Optimize client-side rendering speed, network utilization, and overall application performance.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver dependable international shipping interfaces.
• Guide engineering peers in adopting modern design patterns and AI-assisted engineering tools.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering complex web interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of state management, browser performance optimization, and modular component design.
• Practical experience with automated testing tools such as Vitest and React Testing Library.
• Availability to work core team hours between 9:00 and 18:00 GMT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across distributed engineering teams.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with micro-frontends or Next.js migrations.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or high-transaction eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with TanStack Query and server component patterns.
