🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will take charge of the frontend architecture for high-impact, real-time platforms operating at a city-wide scale. Working collaboratively with backend, AI, and product teams, you will create highly performant, user-friendly, and scalable web applications. This position provides substantial ownership, architectural influence, and the chance to build systems that directly affect millions of citizens.

• React.js
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• State Management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil)
• TypeScript, Next.js (Nice to have)

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and build scalable, high-performance frontend solutions using React.
• Lead frontend architecture, component design, and state management implementations.
• Develop real-time dashboards and complex data interfaces for traffic systems.
• Partner effectively with backend, AI/ML, IoT, and product teams.
• Convert intricate workflows into clean, intuitive UI/UX.
• Guarantee performance, security, and compatibility across browsers.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers while fostering frontend best practices.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3 to 6 years of solid frontend development experience.
• Extensive expertise in React.js and its ecosystem.
• A deep understanding of frontend architecture, scalable component design, and state management.
• Practical experience using Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar libraries.
• High proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven ability to integrate REST APIs and real-time data systems.
• A strong problem-solving approach combined with an ownership mentality.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
• Previous exposure to real-time systems, dashboards, or data visualization tools.
• Background in B2B, SaaS, or deep-tech product development.
