Level is a modern Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform built for speed, real-time data, and an uncompromising focus on user experience. We are a small, profitable, and fast-shipping team building tools that manage devices across thousands of global organizations.

🎯 The Role

You'll be the second UI developer on the product, coming in to handle a massive surface area of complex problems. This isn't a simple CRUD app—you'll be building interfaces for real-time automation engines, peer-to-peer remote control, and a brand new AI-powered virtual technician.

💼 What You'll Do

• Scale interfaces that surface real-time data across distributed networks reliably and fast.
• Build WebRTC connections for low-latency remote device management.
• Design a visual engine for complex, multi-step IT automation workflows.
• Partner directly with the product to shape the AI virtual technician's interface from day zero.
• Take full ownership of the frontend alongside one other senior builder.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of deep, senior-level frontend engineering experience.
• Mastery of React, Next.js, and the modern GraphQL ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and high-fidelity UI implementation.
• A 'builder' mindset—you want to shape the product rather than just execute tasks.
• Extensive experience using AI tools (Claude, etc.) to supercharge your workflow.
• Ability to work with at least 5 hours of overlap with US Eastern time (9am–5pm ET).

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time systems or distributed device networks.
• Background in building visual 'low-code' or automation builder interfaces.
