🎯 The Role

This is a frontend-heavy role owning customer-facing product experiences across Dynamo AI's core platforms. You'll shape complex, data-rich UIs in React while working closely with backend, ML, PM, design, and platform teams to take features from design through production.

• State: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Vitest, ESLint, Prettier
• Delivery (good to have): Node.js, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve production UIs using modern component patterns and accessible design systems
• Own features end-to-end, from implementation through staging and iteration
• Develop interfaces for AI agent workflows: evaluations, guardrails, policy configuration, observability
• Translate complex AI safety workflows into intuitive UX with designers and PMs
• Define API contracts, data models, and error handling with backend engineers

✅ What You'll Need

• 4-6 years building web products, ideally at a fast-paced startup
• Deep React and TypeScript expertise with strong component architecture instincts
• Proven end-to-end feature ownership and a high engineering quality bar
• Comfort with ambiguity and high agency in a remote setting
• Experience with automated testing and production observability
