🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will join the core engineering team responsible for creating and enhancing customer-facing storefronts and internal platforms across CSC's portfolio. You will architect high-scale, accessible web applications, collaborate directly with key engineering leaders, and leverage cutting-edge AI tooling to elevate development velocity.

💼 What You'll Do

• Write modular, readable, and highly scalable frontend code across distributed e-commerce properties.
• Design and ship new capabilities while optimizing existing web experiences for responsiveness and accessibility.
• Conduct active peer code reviews to maintain high quality and cohesive architecture across repositories.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for components, user flows, and core customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to integrate frontend applications with backend services and cloud systems.
• Utilize generative AI utilities and modern developer workflows to accelerate delivery and eliminate repetitive work.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on frontend web development.
• Deep practical expertise with React and TypeScript building production-grade web interfaces.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals, accessibility standards, and browser performance.
• Hands-on familiarity with AWS environments and cloud-backed web applications.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Active commitment to unit testing and automated testing practices.
• Practical experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or ChatGPT in engineering workflows.
