🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Beast Industries, you will lead the zero-to-one engineering build of the core web applications powering the MrBeast membership ecosystem. Operating with no legacy constraints, you will architect modern, AI-first client applications from scratch in close collaboration with product and design teams, creating ultra-responsive interfaces that scale to tens of millions of concurrent global users.

• Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• React, Vue, or Angular component ecosystems
• Scalable design systems and component libraries
• Web performance instrumentation, Core Web Vitals, and client profiling
• Cloud-native deployment environments and automated CI/CD pipelines
• Modern AI coding assistants and agentic build loops

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and scale user-facing web applications from the ground up with zero legacy baggage
• Develop modular design systems and reusable UI components that other engineers build upon
• Own frontend performance metrics, driving down initial page load latency and interaction delays
• Collaborate with product and design partners to convert ambitious feature concepts into clean production software
• Leverage AI coding tools and automation as a standard practice across development and code review cycles
• Mentor engineering teammates and resolve complex browser runtime bottlenecks

✅ What You'll Need

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with substantial depth in web frontend architectures
• Strong command of TypeScript, JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React), and semantic HTML/CSS
• Proven experience building and maintaining high-performance web systems serving large consumer audiences
• Thorough understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), responsive design principles, and browser optimization
• Track record of taking features from conceptual architecture through live production operations
