🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who excels at building pixel-perfect, performant websites using modern frameworks. You will work on a variety of client projects, from immersive brand experiences to complex web applications. This role requires a blend of deep technical mastery and a strong sense of design quality, ensuring that every interaction is as functional as it is beautiful.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build fluid, responsive interfaces that work flawlessly across all devices.
• Collaborate directly with Technical Leads and designers to solve complex product problems.
• Architect scalable frontend systems and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, including bundle size and runtime efficiency.
• Engage in the collective’s culture by participating in code reviews and project retrospectives.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience delivering high-quality frontend code in a professional environment.
• Mastery of the React ecosystem and server-side rendering patterns.
• A proven ability to ship accessible, high-performance web applications.
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous team setup.
• A portfolio or GitHub that demonstrates your ability to explain complex technical trade-offs.

• Experience with creative coding (Three.js, WebGL) or complex animations.
• Previous experience in a digital agency or design studio.
• Background or interests in design, art, or music.
