As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will craft exceptional prototypes and highly performant, production-ready React and NextJS single-page applications. You'll bring innovative projects to life within an Agile environment, collaborating with talented developers while acting as a core advocate for strict code quality, web accessibility, and cutting-edge performance standards.

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver extremely high-quality, production-ready React frontend experiences.
• Enforce the highest code standards by writing rigorous unit, end-to-end, and regression tests.
• Architect modular layouts and highly reusable component libraries to accelerate future project scaling.
• Lead technical discussions among both technical peers and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Maintain a commanding presence in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives.
• Spearhead major complex integration efforts for dynamic third-party enterprise platforms.

✅ What You'll Need

• Strong demonstrated commercial experience delivering hands-on frontend solutions utilizing React.
• Significant practical exposure leveraging Next.js for serverless and sophisticated server-side rendering setups.
• Comprehensive mastery managing complex application states via Redux or Flux.
• A proven, extensive background adhering to semantic HTML5, modern CSS3 pre-processors (SASS/LESS), and ES6+ standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency constructing robust test suites specifically utilizing Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Hands-on commercial background building isolated components using Storybook.
• Intimate knowledge of modern frontend architecture covering performance optimization, enterprise SEO, platform security, and cross-device responsiveness.
