💼 What You'll Do

• Translate intricate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Define development scope and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners and stakeholders to drive project implementation.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code by following industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough application code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve code-level issues.
• Actively participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making processes.

✅ What You'll Need

• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and SCSS/CSS3.
• Experience with React Functional Components, HOCs, Custom Hooks, Context API, and React Memoisation (useMemo, useCallback, React.memo).
• Proficiency with state management libraries like Redux Toolkit, Redux Thunk/Saga.
• Experience using TanStack Query (React Query) for server-state management, caching, and data synchronization.
• Ability to consume RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and npm.
• Experience with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Understanding of AWS and cloud technologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with frontend security practices including JWT, OAuth2, XSS, and CSRF protection.
• Proven experience in implementing responsive, accessible, mobile-first, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces, adhering to WCAG accessibility standards and modern UI/UX best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern build pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting) and frontend monitoring.
• Experience with component libraries like Material UI.
• Minimum 4 years of experience (implied from 4-7 years).
