🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer III at RealPage, Inc., you will be a pivotal member of the engineering team, primarily focusing on React.js development. You will be responsible for designing and implementing reusable, scalable UI components for enterprise-grade applications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple projects and platforms, including supporting Angular-based applications and cross-platform mobile development with Flutter, while upholding the highest standards of code quality and performance.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain robust frontend applications primarily using React.js.
• Develop and contribute to reusable component libraries and comprehensive design systems.
• Integrate complex APIs and ensure efficient data handling within applications.
• Support and contribute to existing Angular-based applications as needed.
• Participate in cross-platform mobile app development efforts using Flutter.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
• Optimize web applications for superior speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Actively participate in peer code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting knowledge sharing.

✅ What You'll Need

• 6-9 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to React.js.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, Redux (or similar state management), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• A strong understanding of component-driven design principles and responsive UI development.
• Hands-on experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to balance rapid delivery with long-term reusability.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding less experienced developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
