🎯 The Role

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will heavily contribute across the entire front-end lifecycle, collaborating closely with international engineering, product, and design teams. Building products for a global footprint, this 100% remote role requires a high degree of technical ownership, autonomy, and a passion for engineering excellence.

💼 What You'll Do

• Spearhead the development and optimization of highly performant front-end features in React.js and TypeScript.
• Ensure pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive visual execution in close collaboration with UI/UX designers.
• Own the frontend architectural roadmap within your domain, mastering state management and component structures.
• Seamlessly merge interfaces with robust backend RESTful APIs while tracking latency and data flows.
• Provide rigorous technical direction during sprint planning, estimations, and in code reviews to elevate team standards.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of dedicated professional front-end engineering experience with deep specialization in React.js.
• Excellent mastery of modern TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and core web technologies (HTML5/CSS3).
• Demonstrated proficiency using industry-standard state management libraries like Redux, React Query, or Zustand.
• Exceptional background translating complex UI designs into responsive, well-architected web applications.
• Strong expertise in performance profiling, continuous debugging, and optimizing web experiences.
• High English proficiency and an innate capability to thrive in a geographically distributed, 100% remote work environment.
