🎯 The Role

This is a high-seniority position intended for an engineer with an architectural mindset. You will be responsible for the core frontend infrastructure of diverse client projects, ensuring that rendering strategies—particularly Server-Side Rendering (SSR)—are performant, SEO-friendly, and highly scalable across different frameworks and environments.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React & Next.js
• Node.js (Full-stack & SSR)
• JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
• Template Engines: Pug, EJS, Handlebars
• Tooling: Webpack, Vite, Babel

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead the development of reusable UI component libraries for enterprise use.
• Implementation of custom rendering pipelines and advanced hydration strategies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to define robust technical solutions.
• Drive the technical roadmap and make high-level architectural decisions.
• Ensure all applications meet the highest standards for performance and SEO optimization.

✅ What You'll Need

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of battle-tested experience in frontend engineering.
• Deep knowledge of rendering lifecycles and caching strategies.
• Comfort working in multi-client delivery environments with changing technical requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for code quality and mentoring.
