🎯 The Role

As a Contract Senior Front-End Engineer at Fueled, your mission is to architect the user-facing foundation of digital products, transforming complex design visions into fast, accessible, and elegant experiences. You will bridge creative design and technical execution across Next.js/React applications and modern web platforms.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React

• Headless CMS and API integrations

💼 What You'll Do

• Build accessible, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with product designers to implement pixel-perfect layouts and smooth micro-animations.
• Write modular, clean code following component-driven architecture.
• Audit and optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Work in an autonomous, fully remote team with transparent asynchronous communication.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of frontend web development experience in production environments.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Deep mastery of modern CSS and responsive layouts.
• Commitment to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and semantic HTML.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high design fidelity and engineering rigor.
