🎯 The Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join their team in Pune, India. This role is crucial for leading the development of complex web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks and a deep understanding of core JavaScript concepts, taking ownership of frontend architecture and development.

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications utilizing React.js.
• Build and provide support for mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter.
• Produce clean, reusable, and highly efficient JavaScript/TypeScript code.
• Design and implement robust, reusable UI components and frontend libraries.
• Optimize applications to ensure superior performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Actively participate in code reviews and uphold stringent coding standards.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate frontend issues.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Contribute significantly to architectural and technical design discussions.
• Develop comprehensive unit test cases to guarantee code quality and reliability.

✅ What You'll Need

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with React.js.
• Preferred experience in mobile development using React Native or Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and a deep understanding of core JavaScript concepts.
• Practical experience with state management solutions such as Redux or the Context API.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
• A solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
• Proficiency with Git and other version control systems.
• Knowledge of various performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of component-based architecture principles.
• Experience working with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with testing libraries like Jest.
• Experience with CSS libraries such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
