🎯 The Role
Siemens Energy is looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join their Digital Products and Solutions team in Pune. You will design, develop, and maintain both mobile and web applications using Flutter and React, working in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality digital products that support the energy transition.

💼 What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain mobile/web applications using Flutter/Dart and React/JavaScript
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality applications
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant, and reusable code
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Optimize application performance across platforms
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning
- Implement integrations with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, automate infrastructure with IaC
- Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and container orchestration
✅ What You'll Need
- 5+ years demonstrable IT experience in frontend development
- Proven experience with Flutter/Dart and React/JavaScript in complex mobile/web apps
- Familiarity with state management solutions for Flutter (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod) and React (Redux, MobX, Context API)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries
- UI/UX sensibility and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Practical experience with AWS or Azure, cloud-native architecture, and IaC
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring/logging tools

- Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations
- Knowledge of Flutter Web and React Native
