🎯 The Role
Vontier is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join one of its product squads in Bangalore. You'll define and ship optimal user experiences alongside Product and Backend teams, and contribute to the shared component library (UIkit) used across multiple products. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional squad with Backend developers and QA engineers, working day-to-day alongside two other Frontend developers.

💼 What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of building end-to-end back-office web applications
- Collaborate with Product Management and Backend teams on UX and API contracts
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards across the FE chapter
- Contribute reusable components to the shared UIkit library
✅ What You'll Need
- 6+ years of frontend development experience in production environments
- 4+ years with React (v18; v19 experience is a bonus)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and SCSS/Sass
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, Thunk, and RTK Query (RTKQ)
- Experience with MUI, Vite, CSS Modules, and Storybook
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance at scale
- Experience building or maintaining a shared component library

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment workflows
- Experience with UI testing frameworks
- Experience with AI coding agents / CLI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
