🎯 The Role
As a Senior UI Developer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into engaging customer experiences. This role involves building interactive and responsive user interfaces using modern technologies, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with internal and external partners to determine system designs within project scope and strategic direction.

💼 What You'll Do
- Apply problem-solving skills to execute solutions independently.
- Assist Product Owners in defining new features and translating technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Design teams.
- Develop and optimize UIs for cross-browser and cross-device consistency.
- Contribute to front-end architectural improvements and create shared visual components.
- Translate epics, stories, and requirements into technical tasks.
- Communicate status and open issues effectively.
- Establish front-end coding standards and best practices.
- Prototype new ideas and participate in the full development lifecycle.
- Foster a digital culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Review code from peers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Engage in Communities of Practice.
✅ What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on UI engineering experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Aptitude for independently learning new technologies.
- Superior ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Advanced understanding of JavaScript frameworks.
- Extensive experience with common front-end development tools.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing accessible code and advanced knowledge of WCAG standards.
- Well-versed in unit testing and debugging techniques for front-end code.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage varied workloads.
- Ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions.
- Willingness to work in specific shift timings (12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. or 2:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. IST).
- Commitment to work from the office for the initial 6 months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.
