🎯 The Role

As a Senior Design Engineer at RevenueCat, you'll work at the intersection of Product Design and Frontend Engineering. You'll turn design intent into polished, production-quality experiences, moving fluidly between Figma and code. You'll resolve gaps in specifications, make thoughtful technical and design trade-offs, and help shape how complex product experiences feel when they ship.

💼 What You'll Do

• Translate design intent into polished production experiences with a high bar for layout, typography, interaction, motion, responsiveness, and accessibility
• Move fluidly between Figma and code, resolving gaps in specifications
• Make sound trade-offs between customer value, design quality, technical feasibility, scope, and risk
• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams, taking ownership of quality through implementation and follow-up
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system, shared components, and reusable patterns
• Advocate for craft, customer value, and thoughtful technical judgment

✅ What You'll Need

• Strong track record building substantial production UI and bridging design and frontend engineering
• Ability to write clear, maintainable frontend code with good state management, component architecture, performance, and testing
• Strong design judgment and ability to make decisions when specifications are incomplete
• Systems thinking and pattern creation without unnecessary complexity
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote, asynchronous environment
• Proficiency with modern tools including AI-assisted development

• Experience with mobile monetization or subscription platforms
• Familiarity with RevenueCat's product or similar infrastructure
