🎯 The Role

As an SDE 3 - Senior Frontend Engineer, you will step into a high-performance tech team to take charge of complex UI layers. This remote-first role requires a blend of sharp architectural vision and hands-on execution to build out scalable, fluid user journeys capable of managing multi-layered product data smoothly.

💼 What You'll Do

• Design, scale, and iterate on core frontend modules with a focus on component isolation and system maintainability.
• Drive the continuous development of an internal, accessible design system engineered from scratch.
• Audit application architectures to find and resolve performance bottlenecks across data loading and rendering cycles.
• Work in close alignment with distributed product managers and UI designers under modern Agile practices.
• Elevate team standards through detailed code reviews, proactive technical alignment, and strategic mentorship.

✅ What You'll Need

• 4+ years of dedicated frontend engineering experience crafting high-fidelity SaaS or fintech products.
• 3+ years of comprehensive production experience specializing in React and type-safe systems with TypeScript.
• Thorough understanding of modern JS ecosystems, bundling optimization (Vite), linting, and release orchestration.
• Strong baseline writing predictable automated tests spanning unit, integration, and E2E boundaries.
• Previous experience working productively within fast-paced startup environments alongside cross-functional remote teams.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Exposure to high-performance graphic rendering pipelines via WebGL.
• Background building offline-capable or multi-threaded web apps using Web Workers.
• Active contributions to open-source software libraries or maintaining a technical engineering blog.
