🎯 The Role

As an SDE-2 Frontend Engineer, you will take ownership of designing and implementing responsive, performant user interfaces for Tazapay's suite of payment products. You will work within an agile team alongside product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn complex trade workflows into simple, elegant web applications.

• Core: Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Frameworks: Nuxt.js (nice to have)
• Styling: Tailwind CSS
• Testing: Jest, Vitest
• Cloud & Tooling: AWS (S3, CloudFront), Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Jira

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain production-ready, performant frontend features using Vue.js.
• Write maintainable, testable code for complex SPA components and financial application workflows.
• Connect web applications with APIs and microservices built in Node.js and Go.
• Optimize front-end performance, focusing on bundle size, lazy loading, and rendering speed.
• Support team code quality through code reviews, automated unit testing, and mentorship.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience with a heavy focus on frontend.
• Proficient in Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript) and REST APIs.
• Experience with utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with writing automated tests (Jest, Vitest, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Hands-on exposure to Nuxt.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Basic familiarity with AWS services (S3, CloudFront).
• Interest in leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude) in daily workflows.
