🎯 The Role

As a Principal UI Architect at the Assistant Vice President (AVP) level, you will be the primary authority for the architecture and end-to-end design of the Alpha/CRD modules. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive the evolution of the web framework, ensuring it remains scalable, modular, and performant. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical excellence, guiding global engineering teams through complex software enhancements.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic architecture and design for core frameworks critical to Alpha platform operations.
• Provide technical leadership and informed guidance during code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Architect and drive the implementation of Micro-Frontend solutions across cross-functional scrum teams.
• Troubleshooting and debugging mission-critical client implementations within financial problem domains.
• Establish and identify ways of improving development test methodologies and frameworks.
• Direct major phases of projects, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business roadmaps.
• Plan and coordinate cross-team activities to complete high-priority engineering assignments.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 14 years of professional experience in front-end and web engineering.
• Expert-level command of React, Angular, and the TypeScript ecosystem.
• Deep mastery of Micro-Frontend patterns and high-performance UI architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented languages (C# or Java) and RDBMS technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in multi-tiered environments.
• A Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in the Financial Services (FinTech) industry.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployments on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with compiler or interpreter technologies and embedded systems.
