🎯 The Role

As a Member of Technical Staff 3 (MTS 3), you will play a critical role in evolving the frontend stack. You will work on high-impact features that bridge the gap between complex backend data systems and elegant, user-centric analytics experiences. This role specifically requires a strong "AI Mindset," integrating LLMs and automation into your daily engineering workflow.

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop rich, responsive UI interfaces that power intelligent analytics products.
• Build scalable microservices and manage data persistence, caching, and event pipelines.
• Troubleshoot deep technical issues across the stack, from query performance to memory usage.
• Actively participate in architectural discussions to evolve the cloud-native platform.
• Utilize industry-leading LLMs to automate routine tasks and improve code quality.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 1 year of proven experience in frontend engineering with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS.
• Strong proficiency in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and modern UI frameworks.
• Mandatory familiarity with Node.js and API development.
• A solid grasp of distributed systems fundamentals and async workflows.
• The ability to write effective prompts and integrate AI literacy into your development cycle.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with backend languages like Java, Go, or Python.
• Knowledge of message queues and complex schema design.
