🎯 The Role

As Manager of UI Development, you'll lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support. You'll drive the design and implementation of modern, responsive user interfaces while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

💼 What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of UI developers providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support
  • Drive the design and implementation of modern, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Establish and enforce best practices in front-end architecture, coding standards, testing, and performance optimization
  • Conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical workshops to elevate team skills
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles across all projects

✅ What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Expert-level proficiency in React and the React ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools like Webpack
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests
  • Working experience with WCAG 2.0-WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
