As Manager of UI Development, you'll lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support. - Lead and manage a team of UI developers providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support
- Drive the design and implementation of modern, responsive user interfaces using
ReactandTypeScript - Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Establish and enforce best practices in front-end architecture, coding standards, testing, and performance optimization
- Conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical workshops to elevate team skills
- Champion accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles across all projects

- 7+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
