🎯 The Role

As a Lead Software Engineer - UI, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and development of high-performance user interfaces. You will play a pivotal role in guiding technical standards, mentoring the frontend team, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and user-centric web applications.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React JS + Redux (Toolkit)
• TypeScript + JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5 + CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid)
• Node.js (for backend/tooling)
• Webpack / Vite / Babel
• Jest / Cypress / React Testing Library

💼 What You'll Do

• Drive frontend architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor and lead a team of frontend engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, UX, and backend teams.
• Develop modular, reusable, and performant UI components.
• Optimize web application performance and loading times.
• Implement automated testing to maintain high code quality.

✅ What You'll Need

• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Deep expertise in React and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in modern TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Solid experience with Node.js and build pipelines.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and microservices integration.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with Material UI, Chakra UI, or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and micro-frontend architecture.
