🎯 The Role

As Lead Software Engineer - Frontend, you'll own large-scale ReactJS applications powering Sense's contractor communication platform, while mentoring a team of frontend engineers and driving architecture decisions.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React (or equivalent modern UI framework)
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Design systems
• Microservice-backed APIs

💼 What You'll Do

• Implement and iterate on features with design and product teams
• Lead code reviews, pairing sessions, and architecture discussions
• Mentor a team of frontend engineers and provide product ownership
• Maintain and evolve the design system
• Build chat interfaces and data visualisations
• Participate in interviews and hiring

✅ What You'll Need

• 6-8 years of professional JavaScript development experience
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
• Hands-on experience with design systems
• Experience consuming APIs from microservice backends
• Track record of mentoring other frontend engineers
