🎯 The Role

As a Lead ReactJS Engineer, you'll design and develop scalable frontend platforms for enterprise applications. You'll own frontend architecture, build reusable component systems, integrate with backend services and help deliver high-performance real-time user experiences.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop modern React applications.
• Build reusable UI component libraries.
• Develop responsive and real-time user interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and streaming services.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, backend and product teams.
• Maintain high engineering standards through testing and code reviews.

✅ What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of React.js development experience.
• Strong TypeScript, JavaScript and modern React expertise.
• Experience with Redux, REST APIs, WebSockets and React Router.
• Strong debugging, profiling and frontend optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Microfrontend architecture experience.
• GraphQL or RTK Query knowledge.
• Three.js or @react-three/fiber experience.
• DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
• Accessibility and enterprise UI quality experience.
• Experience building visualization-heavy or industrial applications.
