🎯 The Role

ClickHouse is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (frontend-heavy) to join the Managed Postgres team. In this role, you will help design, build, and refine developer-first user interfaces that simplify complex database operations. You will bridge product design, frontend architecture, and backend APIs to give thousands of developers a cohesive experience when provisioning, configuring, monitoring, and scaling managed Postgres instances natively alongside ClickHouse Cloud.

💼 What You'll Do

• Translate complex technical requirements and Figma wireframes into responsive, polished web interfaces in ClickHouse Cloud.
• Deliver full-lifecycle features from frontend components down to API endpoints and data layer contracts.
• Build interactive visualization views for database performance metrics, query diagnostics, automated backups, and cluster replication.
• Contribute modular, accessible, and well-tested UI patterns to the open-source click-ui component library.
• Partner with product managers, UX designers, and distributed backend engineers to maintain high standards of code hygiene, performance, and accessibility.

✅ What You'll Need

• 1 to 4 years of professional experience building modern web applications with frontend or full-stack technologies.
• Solid technical foundation in React, TypeScript, state management, and modern component design principles.
• Working knowledge of client-server communication, asynchronous programming, and RESTful APIs.
• Empathy for technical users and an obsession with crafting smooth, responsive, and intuitive developer tooling.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first engineering culture.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with PostgreSQL, relational database tooling, or SQL query visualizers.
• Deep understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility audits.
• Hands-on experience developing complex data dashboards, charting libraries, or real-time metrics telemetry.
• Active open-source contributions or experience maintaining shared UI component design systems.
